Was wondering if talk of UHC layoffs in Dec or if they will wait till Jan 2023?

I've heard cuts in December still to occur. Part of BTs streamline/efficiency focus. Automation on the rise means less humans needed in seats.
Like 2019, Christmas week when folk are on PTO. Minimizes the effect on the workers not let go.

Yes layoffs are coming. They started at the top than gave a presentation on career moves. The leadership team is using up all their PTO . No new hires to replace a quick turnover. Wake up people. Stop acting like it won't happen
No new contracts. Overpaid management and staff for minimal work. My projection is mid Dec or 1st week Jan.
The forced 2's have arrived to drive out good people and save money
Usually starts in December, but will continue into Jan. They need to cut expenses in 4th quarter to skew the 4th quarter profits for the shareholders
