I've been gone for 15 months. When do the nightmares subside?

Took a job with a new company that treats their employees well.
No need to look back at the train wreck at XOM.
Slowly selling off my shares so I can be totally disengaged.
No nightmares as of yet but my stress levels and the daily anger too disgruntled roller coaster ride is in full force. The O&A Chemical plant in Beaumont breeds this kind of mental health. Management here has us working so short handed that family time is just a dream to us.
The whole work/ life balance is never talked about by the managers here but they do talk a lot about the things that might affect them. I guess the nightmares will start when one of the selfish or entitled coworkers calls in sick for the Christmas holidays and the overtime starts running rampant.
With every set of new managers that rolls through here every few years it seems to get a little bit worse. They really don’t care about our mental wellbeing just as long as we keep this dinosaur running long enough for them to move on up the ladder. So with that being said HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
I’ve been gone from the HC for two years now. Just now starting to not have nightly stress dreams.
I still come to this sight to remind myself how back it was.
NEVER!
A year of intense daily therapy at the nearest gentlemen's club might help.......just remember to not shoot your whole wad, otherwise you may have to return to working for a living!
Soon as we get rid of all the idyets in management. Not the smartest bulbs.
I agree with therapy and avoid contact with EM folks and their conversations. Good Luck.
It took me about 6 months after retiring. Life is so much better. Hang tough.
