The only people not seriously looking outside... know they are way overpaid and not worth this amount to another company.
This sounds rude, but it's true. Somehow this company has turned into a place that appreciates more those who do nothing but pretend that they are absolutely necessary here and I doubt that any of those overpaid charlatans would be paid as much as here.
