Lizzo's quoted rate for a private performance starts at around $2 million. Even with an entourage, no way it costs $50 million. Especially LA to Hawaii. I'm all for dumping on the ELT, but that's just misinformation.

Airfare estimate $50M
First class round trip tickets from SJ are around $2K per person or $4K per couple. That puts you at 12,000 couples with $2M left for Chuck’s round trip private jet. Even at twice those costs are they doing a week long party for 6,000 couples?
Even it was only 100 couples and they each got a million dollar car they’d still have to spend another million dollars per couple over the course of a week. Lamar Odom reportedly had a 3 day continuous booze, dr-g and h00ker party so extreme he almost died and that was reported to be only $75K or $25K/day. The math seems questionable at either end of the spectrum.
If you know what Cisco spends on bug fixing per year you’d know $200M is a rounding error, but I need to see far more detail to believe this number. This feels like a Google interview question.

So let’s say $6K for a pair of round trip tickets and airport limos per couple (SJ to Hawaii and back are coming up at $1800 to $2200) and $2K a day in food, lodging and entertainment a day per couple for a week we’re at $20,000 per couple. This party is for more than 10,000 employees?
First class?? I remember when Chambers was billing the company 8 digits a year for his private jet while overseeing quarterly layoffs and people still love him for it! These new guys are clearly amateurs.
