Knowledgeable and capable people used to be really valued here. Now that that's not the case anymore, there is no need to look for other reasons for Intel's decline. These looming layoffs are just another example of how much we are not respected here. No, they are not giving us time to find new jobs because they respect us. They let us stress and worry for a long time just so that we would leave voluntarily and they could save on severance pay. Shame on Intel!

Decline started with ACT 2015/16, BK should take most of the blame for the failed FOCAL process and the aftermaths of the ACT.
