Despite everything, I still love my job here. Cisco has many issues, but good leadership could make many improvements. However, these leaders have lost their way.
Sometimes I feel nostalgic. I remember how it used to be really nice to contribute to the growth of the company with your hard work and commitment.

That’s like saying after a divorce that I remember the way my wife/husband used to be (when we first met) and then get misty eyed. . You have to confront reality and accept the way things are, not some rose tinted memory.
New leadership wouldn’t help because most of the good talent has left.
