I think it is not the wisest decision to work only the bare minimum and think that it will hurt the company more than it will hurt you.
When the benefits started to erode, the best ones already started to leave the ship. Why settle for doing just what is necessary and in the meantime put yourself in danger of being stuck here with outdated skills?
Working the bare minimum is not a solution but to leave and grow your skillset and career somewhere else is.
Have fun watching it fall apart, it's paid entertainment. The obvious angst and predictable narcissistic division is palpable.
Work bare min and use the extra time for learning and growth. Or just get another job if you can.
In tech ATT has silo'd all the jobs anyway and the tech stack is old.
yep left six years when I saw what they did to dtv and the digital life company they bought.
they couldn't even come up with an interface for uverse tv they had to copy myth tv and get caught.
