Only 30 minutes. Clearly they won’t be taking Q&A.

Vague as usual and made no sense and no new info. All it was said is we still dont know WTF we are going to do.
If anyone else here was on the call, felt like the Rachel said a lot of words that gave no more information than what people already knew. Why even say anything
@2uzk+1jYMePgC You sound like one of the really dopey customers that no one wants to bother with.
Changing of the guard. Cheerio. Regional hubs, less brick & mortar.
we don't need sales.. get rid of them.. fire them all Cisco is self explanatory and not much you need to explain.. beside wine and dine the customers, as a Cisco customer, I see most sales is really for themselves, none of them reaches out to me and just try to see how things are going, they barely talk to me, one time I see sales is they want my $, or renewal, it is like once a year and all the sudden disappears after that.
Personally, I dont like them. During licensing audit, they disappear as if it is none of their business, when we were told we owe so much smart licensing $, these sales people go silent. Please fire them all! I can just deal with some tac people and work with them.
@1rvu+1jYMePgC not for long
All of first line sales managers (RM / SEM) have less than 10 reports.
It’s mostly a consolidation of management. If you have less than ten reports, don’t be surprised when you get the 15 minute webex.
There are several commercial accounts the should be in enterprise I think there may be a shakeup in commercial. Enterprise got that shout out from Jeff Sharritts so wouldn’t be surprised if they intend to invest more in enterprise but we will see
@pfm+1jYMePgC
Fortunately, the ELT team isn’t as d-mb as you are.
Our BU is also getting one on the 8th. I suspect they will tell nothing, but might read a script about what the next step of the process will be.
It's highly doubtful they're getting rid of commercial sales, this would be monumentally stupid.
They are getting rid of Commercial Sales. Will be replaced with a 1-800 number and a chatbot in Bangalore. Customers always choose Cisco products anyway so why do you need salespeople.
They can't tell people they are safe on the 8th before the cutting happens on the 12th. Sales all-hands usually takes about 1.5 to 2hrs. So yeah, this short meeting is very suspicious.
Could totally see this. 30 min All Hands very suspicious. Nothing in Sales is done in 30 min. Period. Dec 8 for Sales.
What day was this scheduled?
It's usually a performative meeting where they tell you that all the people to be laid off have been contacted, and they feel bad. The future is bright. You on the call are the best... blah, blah, blah ... I think went through 6 of these while I was there.
Are you talking about the all hands meeting on December 8th?
Is this something all sales staff will be attending?
They way they blab on and say nothing in all their other live streams I wonder how they can fit anything into just 30 minutes.
