Anyone not realizing that the RSUs are some type of retention bonus that you may receive in 5 years time if not yet sacked before they actually make you redundant and you have to find a job in a market where your Exxon oil products experience is no longer needed or valued?
Good: 0.5% increase above 8% mandatory inflation increase
E 2% above inflation
