Today I got an email from Ford Pass (which I was not subscribed to, but somehow I was now subscribed) asking if I was interested in a new Ford. After I was done laughing, I unsubscribed, if they try it again I will block them. They can't seriously expect people they treated like garbage to buy a car from them, what is up with them? I could buy an EV right now if I wanted to (I don't) but when I make that decision I won't even consider Ford. I am going out of my way to warn all my friends and family to stay far away from Ford. You didn't value me but you expect me to value you and your crummy cars? Pound salt. Word will get around Ford, you are an UN-American company and you will deserve what you get in NA. TN will not save you.

i usually reply back to such emails copying JF and DF on it.
As usual no replies are heard back.
I retired from Ford last year after 35 years (engineering).
I will never buy a Ford vehicle ever again!
