Explain "low cost"? Does this mean $1 invested and $4 returned on the $1?
The real revenues came from RE-selling Client, Server CPUS in specific SKUs for longer-life support. Also NuCs also became a large revenue contributor.
The workforce was "feather-bedded" with cronies of certain longer term VPs btw. Maybe it was a lean org in the past, but became quite bloated over past 10 years. Over 4000 HC, many not contributing much other than failed projects and PoCs.
IOT has been a low cost cash cow for decades. Please don’t confuse recent mistakes with how things were (and should be) run
You can sometimes fake it if you have no clue. When the $hit hits the fan deep expertises and domain knowledge is a must to sniff out bull $hit and flawed strategies.
Intel’s BoD down to area manager is fundamentally flawed here.
In the past when Intel had a monopoly and leadership it could hide this all.
Now it has all been exposed and the end story is all but certain!

Yep. IOT is a very confused BU under NM. No clue or vision to go to 5G or stay with Edge. Huge teams selling nothing...loss loser division.
TL was the carpet bagger sequel to Steenman/Davis Era. All losers....
IoT should have never been charter'd in first place.
