RTO when they don't want more attrition

I'm hearing rumors of increased RTO crackdown but I also know that at least certain areas of the bank have lost enough or more people than they wanted to already. Mandating more RTO would bring those numbers even further down.

Seems they're already struggling to fill any of these new open roles and wouldn't want to rock the boat any more than they already have.

Anyone with an eye into upper management have any insights?

Keep in mind our so-called Leaders are really just the B and C-teams from BofA and JP Morgan....Don't expect anything better from any of them.

The "leaders" do not live in reality. They want people to stay however at the same time they force RTO, they cut benefits, treat us like liars (benefit audit) and then think a few town halls where they lie will make it better. The fact is we do not trust you and for good reason.

The actions tell us that you care about you - you just think we are stupid.

It is optimistic to believe the execs are concerned about processes failing. They know they have failed, and they will likely not be here to face the repercussions of the ongoing process failures related to reorganizations and attrition.

We already see a WFS exec leaving, hopefully it is the start of an exodus at the exec level.

If the execs can't manage RTO, how do you think they are doing on consent order? Execs are failing so hard. LOL

current hybrid version is better than what we had pre covid but the whiners are going to force them to tighten up and make it worse

I am ok with the current hybrid. But give it time, King Charles may demand in the office.

FRTO and everyone behind it. This batch of NYC clowns won't be around for long. Couple more years and then we can get someone that isn't an id--t.

There's still some infighting between the execs. Some want more days in the office and the others are completely fine with the current set up. The word to us is that it'll just stay as is for the time being
