PIP rates

I don't believe that there are many companies in the industry where PIP exists at higher rates than EM. Or are there?

From a forced retirement of expensive employees, EM probably leads the pack.
But they don't need professionals anymore. That's the point.

Faucet turners, accountants and true believers will suffice.

PIP originated as system to release new hires less than 3 years that did not meet expectations.

PIP then used as tool for headcount reduction around 2014.

PIP we-ponized in 2020 for larger headcount reductions and now an annual event to ramp down USA headcount while growing BTC headcount.
