What a fu----g joke. Cisco is a nice place to work IF (and it's a BIG IF) you don't mind wondering if you have a job every 6 to 12 months. These surveys are BS and everyone he wants to dis on the company won't in fear of these surveys being tracked.

What a joke. It's a toxic woke work environment. Should be among the employers most likely to drive someone to twist off. Go woke, get broke.

I know plenty of people that joined Cisco, and accepted less money due to these BS lists.

I'm not sure if that are very smart people... mission accomplished :P

"Another example of Cisco wasting many millions to get on these BS lists"

I know plenty of people that joined Cisco, and accepted less money due to these BS lists. Wasting millions on a Forbes ranking is actually profitable for the company.

Sick of this type of ranking! Tissue of lies!
What is good about this company?

Fact:
The worst and the lowest, most revolving, most disgusting, full of dinosaurs who knows nothing but just learned how to be bossy without having gained any skill or experience for over 20 years. Sad life. Can only survive at this company.

Here is some further details about this stupid survey...

First - they only send the survey to select multinational corporations that Forbes feels like sending the survey to. So already, the report only includes the multinationals Forbes wants to highlight (I wonder how they decide who to send it to hmm? Couldn't be that there are friends in high places?)

Second - the survey gives points for the most diverse "ESG" hound-dogs. The scores are biased based on who does the most stupid ESG garbage - which Cisco wastes countless hours on.

Third - It sends the survey only to people already working at the companies, not a random sampling. And most people at Cisco know that Cisco surveys are usually not actually anonymous when they say they are (so most people lie).

Here is the exact quote:

"Against this backdrop, Forbes has compiled our sixth annual World’s Best Employers in partnership with market research company Statista. To compile this ranking, Statista surveyed 150,000 full-time and part-time workers from 57 countries working for multinational companies and institutions to determine which ones excel in corporate impact and image, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility."

this is a paid for survey that Cisco buys every few months.

Forbes claims differently. Quote from the linked website: "Companies do not pay a fee for placement on Forbes Rankings. "

Thanks for the link Cisco HR! Just so everyone is aware - this is a paid for survey that Cisco buys every few months. It means that we couldn't get any good kudos on our own - so we had to buy them.
