Remember last year when we were told raises would be robust? Remember earlier this year when we were told inflation wasn’t going to happen during an Uncon forum? Remember when in the recent Uncon forum they admitted our compensation isn’t competitive? Remember when they said we would t catch up anytime soon? Remind me why any of us are still at ExxonMobil?
