I would welcome layoffs if it would return us to a normal company. The current “strategy” makes zero sense. We are losing all the talent and our best people. This is awful to watch.

I wish they would just meet me halfway and get me LAID; the OFF part is not relevant.
I 100% agree. I know a couple people who will happily volunteer to be laid off, myself included lol

The incompetence of Durwood will be a Harvard Business Review case study in a few years on how to destroy a company. Durwood will live in infamy.
Agree 100% just get it over and done with so we can move on.
