I heard from a reliable source 8-10% for excellent and outstanding and the vg and good will get 3-4%.

Doesn’t even make up for the past years inflation. No reason to wait until January with the vacation allotment change now. Go ahead and dust of the resumes.

The social security COLA was 8% , I’d be surprised if most of the XOM salary treatments are half of that…

When the price last crashed we got a salary roll back (401k match eliminated temporarily, pay increases less than inflation).
