Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

HBS Global Sales Organization Model

I left HON about 18 months ago - right in the middle of a transition to a new vertical sales model. This was conceived by the new brain trust and leaders that seemed disconnected from the realities in the field and what customers needed and wanted. I recall a huge level of disruption then and wonder how things have worked out since.
