With all the attrition and forced layoffs, what is the state of Premier? Are any of the older but wiser ITI resources on the chopping block? How about relationship managers and success partners?

Everyone knows that COBOL programmers are easy to replace. Not like there is an industry joke about being a COBOL programmer is the safest job because it is impossible to find replacements or anything.
Lincoln lost a LOT of COBOL and Premier knowledge with recent cuts. One was director-level and knew Premier inside and out. The only explanation for this is that FB is sorting a spreadsheet by "OFS = true" and then by salary. Meanwhile, FB continues to shove broken OFD practices down everyone's throats.
How many people was let go?
Lincoln is a bloodbath. Major players with a LOT of knowledge being cut loose for no reason other than to fund FB's greed.
Run away
Premier has been gutted, as with all the other core account processing platforms too. FB does not care about community banks, it's all about money center credit card portfolios and Clover.
If you are a Fiserv customer I would get out as soon as possible.
As someone who started my career at Fiserv under the Premier organization, and having worked for Fiserv for approximately 20 years, it is difficult to see this happening. I along with other coworkers are embarrassed and frustrated by what is happening. We are embarrassed that we don’t have the bandwidth to operate effectively and to work with clients in a timely manner, and frustrated for not understanding what the strategy is going forward.
We're expecting losses tomorrow on the relationship side (CSP's). Nothing specific, but we're expecting to hear tomorrow.
They lost a bunch of experienced people today. Nobody is safe.
Premier had avoided major losses in the endless string of layoffs until this week. No one is immune from what is happening.
Is Lincoln going to be closed?
Knowledge is being rif’d left and right this week in Premier. There is a shell left in implementations. Projects will take forever to be completed. Sadly FB doesn’t care about Account Processing.
