The company is spiraling downward, but c-suite compensation is on auto pilot for double digit increases and millions in payouts. Each Director is pulling in $400k for virtually no oversight and no representation of stockholders!!!

Usually you get on the board of directors by being the child of a President. You don't even need to show up to the meetings, and your old man will give over a trillion dollars to that country for their military, ensuring that even more companies put you on their boards.
