Yeah there are some incredibly bad engineers hired recently, specifically foreign ones

Has to be, no way can Pat get billions without giving away billions on his way to ruining Intel.
Such a sad ending to this once great iconic company.
Pity the actual great engineers hoping to do good work and make an impact at Intel being so misguided or trapped with little options!
Grab whatever the package and run far away from the Titanic as in the worlds of one “ it will most certainly sink!!!!!”
Pat is old school. No voluntary. He will expect his management team to do their job and pick the people that suck or don’t have the right skills. People that suck will get performance management and people without the right skills will get redeployment
