Ha - I am already gone!
To the author of this post, you are not going anywhere, son. “I’m leaving” should have read, “I left.” Your follow-through is as weak as your post if you are only now reaching the decision to leave.
You are having a public, anonymous tantrum. It will be OK. You will be soon back in your cell, I meant your cubicle, submitting TPS reports like a good, little T-MO corporate drone.
collect paycheck and go, nothing to lose
What a horrible place to work, not knowing if you will be tapped on the shoulder at any minute. How can people live like this? As with any layoffs, many excellent employees get cut inadvertantly along with the legitimate ringers.
Byeee!
For Seattle employees, we are really underpaid compared with Amazon/Microsoft, do not waster our time. I would start to look for another job and encourage everyone do the same and take action for back up career, anyone could be the next target.
Huh, you were still here? Didn't you get the memo? You were fired years ago for not doing the tps report correctly. Give me the stapler btw.
Best time to go as T-Mobile is number 1 now, merger is done and employees are useless now. Leadership can do everything including network design troubleshooting, care.
You see, this is why were failing. All the good people are leaving.
It's sad to see so many amazing people leaving.
Please don't go. Is there anything we can do to change your mind? I'm 4th level in HR, I could try to get you more money, what would it take?
What a journey
