Is the severance package actually getting cut or is management instilling rumors to try to get more people to leave through attrition and then pay ZERO severance?
The severance package is changing and anyone still there is going to get a reduced package if any at all next year. I know for sure one team was told they’d be offered positions they are clearly not qualified for when their current role is eliminated. If they don’t accept it, they will be terminated without a package. Don’t stick around for something that may never happen. Get out now while you can still find good, solid paying jobs.
Any insider info on when and who for the November cuts? Or are we done for the year?
Don’t be sad, just be patient, more layoffs coming before end of year.
