My favorite part of the week was seeing HC10 and HC10 attrition as the top two trending searches on the intranet all week. Newsflash MC… it’s not a secret now… everybody knows.

“MC” is the Management Committee.
I realize the MC doesn’t care, but I don’t think they realize how poor the retention plans are and how actual work gets done. They see employees as costs and liabilities instead of assets that produce value for the company.
