Accomplish the mission - reduce the NA headcount now, and start '23 focused on products and quality, instead of how to further demoralize workers . Company priorities are so messed up right now. This will take out way more than just GRP eligible people. Give low performers, long time loyal workers, and disengaged workers incentive to go. Do the right thing - get it all done now.

The 2007 VSSP was open to all organizations. Since then, offerings have been targeted to specific organizations.
The VSSP in 2021 was not for “all”, per say. It was for all skill teams, true, but the VP of the skill team got to pick what teams within the skill teams were able to take advantage. I was in Enterprise Connectivity in 2021 and of the 10 teams in the skill area, only two were allowed to have their people participate in VSSP.
I’m sure some other skill teams did open it up the everyone, but others did not. There has never been a VSSP truly open to all employees before to my knowledge. If they do that this time around, it would be something different.

Funny that people who are giving accurate information about the last round of VSSPs are getting down votes, yet the DA that's been here for 23 years that can't recall the VSSPs in 2021 is getting up votes.
VSSP was offered 2021. Offered in July, near end or end of,October was the departure date.

Can't recall exactly when (maybe August), but VSSP was offered to some people in 2021. I think HTHD were excluded.

When you write Bunny Face I am thinking you are referring to Doug Field. In various town halls and other meetings Field comes off as thinking or wishing he was Steve Jobs. He needs to find a personality that is unique and his own. I give him till March 2024.
