I’m going to meet up with hiring manager next week, why does my application status still show “review” instead of “ screen” or something else?

You should see interview sometime after on the same day as your interview, then if stuck on interview it’s rejection, if processing it’s offer
It bounces from review, screen, and back to review. I believe it goes to processing for the offer or consideration phase.
