This is a fact. My dad was kicked out after fifteen years of giving Ford much more than he should have. I hope every single one of you who are still there is currently applying to every good job opening you can find. This company doesn't deserve you. Fu-k Ford.

Its all US companies and is due to the version of capitalism the country uses, where workers have very few rights and the focus is on short term stock price gain. In the U.K. which is also capitalist, workers have far more rights. The system is just bad here and only works for wall street stock speculators who seek a fast "get in, get out" profit.
It drives all these problems. Senior management is rewarded based on their ability to manipulate stock price, not take care of workers or even customers.
Ford sux. The Lions suck. Everything this family touches sux.
This not just Ford, it is the automotive field.
Better chance of ford sucking over anything else…
