I love working for this company! I never would’ve Imagined I’d be in this position I’m in now. I want to thank all those inspiring leaders I’ve worked with over the years. Though, they no longer work for the company, I appreciate what they’ve done for me and my career. Career wise, I’ve never been more content, nor happier than I am at this very moment. Regardless of all the trials and tribulations I have had to endure, they’ve helped shape me into the person I am today.
Every week, I have something to look forward to. Something always challenging and exciting. Bring on the obstacles so that I may leap over them.

I love the fear of being laid off any given Thursday. I feel at home surrounded by the teamworks page being stuffed with stories welcoming back staff to the office and DEI initiatives because we need to ensure a minority group of our population is the most important. I love having the freedom of coming into the office for a 3x week badge swipe to just leave after 20 minutes, go home and go to sleep while my mouse mover handles the work for me. I am going to start using pronouns in my email signature because it means I am a compassionate caring associate. I look forward to the day that my manager role is pulled away from me due to span and control. And hey I have a security blanked because if I get canned I will hopefully get a 10 week severance payment. That 10 weeks is a huge blessing and benefit of Wells Fargo allowing me to sleep well at night.
I know. Sometimes I dream about working at the bank. I go through the motions of keyboarding and shuffling papers. Unfortunately, I wake up and realize it’s just a boring Saturday. How I yearn for Mondays…
I just have to say, that I enjoy being a desk jockey in a cube farm, surrounded by others. Now I don’t feel alone. I feel safe, knowing that security is at the front door guarding the place. Even though I need to navigate the crime ridden streets in the city, I feel safest at work. I wish the upper floors were condos, so that I can live here 24/7.

Wells Fargo increases my testosterone by keeping me under fluorescent and blue light all day long, blasting ac on my skin, away from natural sunlight and air and also offering me fresh coffee in the break room with fluoridated waters. hehe I love it here. also, I am waiting for my second te-----e to finally drop too! lucky guy in earlier post, what is your secret?!?

Wells Fargo is my life! Sometimes I can’t sleep on Sunday nights because I’m so excited and giddy about going into work on Monday.
I read that Wells Fargo bank is one of the top banks in the country. Exceptional customer service. High-yield bank accounts. More ATMs than there are Starbucks coffee shops. Would that be a fabulous concept? A Wells Fargo bank at Starbucks merger?
Agreed. I heard we’re getting an extra large merit Increase this year. Looking forward to my big bonus in February, too.
Especially WIM. WFA has the most honest financial advisors I’ve ever met. I sleep well, knowing that they’re doing their best to manage my brokerage account. Exceptional service every single time. They go above and beyond.

So true. I don’t know what I’d be doing if I wasn’t working here. After working here, I sure realized there was a lot I didn’t know. This company allowed me to spread my wings, per se.
