What does the total comp for software engineering manager look like?

What's the bonus target?

I’m pretty sure I heard someone say about 3 years ago that this company would turn into a tech company. Then I log in to my giant astronaut desktop and glance at some of the systems I use everyday and laugh to myself. Where are we on that baby?

Tech bonuses are usually lower than the business side. My wife and I both worked at WF (I left) and our base was about the same but her bonus was 3 times as large as mine. Why I left.

Comp you mentioned is what they now refer to as TVC - Total of base and variable comp (bonus) Unless you're a Sr Manager don't think you get anywhere near that top $$.

Probably not enough $$$ based on the Technology created by this company. Work seems to be going to the least qualified teams.
