Is everyone suppose to wear PJ’s and do employees get “locked in” the office for 8 hours as part of the welcome back in 2025 ?

I and team receive invite to said stanky game. Each of the time red light come, employee must go to office. Unless or until employee stay in office we will receive firing. When light makes change of green, employee can go home.
