That date will be the date they layoff everyone in that building but not later than the date of closing. Keep an eye on warn act notices for your state gov site. Google it. If Att breaks the law and you don’t get your 60 days notice , Att owes you pay for each day they didn’t notify. Plus severence. There are exceptions for not doing the notice but Att doesn’t meet any of the exceptions.

I’m in Middletown where ATT owns 5 huge buildings on one campus. They’re using one and leasing out the others.
Guess I’m going to be here awhile
The layoffs will be 3 to 6 months prior because it will take that long to get all that equipment out of the buildings. Ours expires in mid 2027. So we will be out at the end of 2026 most likely.
It doesn't. ATT owns it. They tried to sell it for years but could never find a buyer. They have since taken it off the market.
DEI doesn't exist and when it did our Indian partners filled those slots.
There are no younger hires lol. Nobody wants to work here for a 5x8 RTO dinosaur and low comp.
Not a reliable date OP. Other arrangements are being made to move “the keepers” to a smaller building in that non-hub location. New DEI and younger hires will more than likely be here long after the building lease expires.
How can we find out lease info? I've asked managers and they say they don't know, that it's handled by GRE.
