None of these leaders possess the ability to inspire or motivate. Their decisions and strategies have placed them squarely in the realm of failure.
I don't think any of us who have been around for a long time have seen it this bad. The blatant disregard for their workers is the worst it has ever been in my 25 years. I really hope that if there are problems in Atlanta and Dallas the employees document it on video and then contact the press to show the problem. And it should be highly documented and go viral on X where there will be no deceiving. The very idea that there are no desks being provided for employees is one of the most outrageous things I've heard of in a long time. I cannot imagine what twisted mind even considers that to be ok. It's odd. BUT this is a culture that has been created over the last five years so this should not come as a surprise to anyone really.
I and team also have seen only bad feelings from mister stinky and the mister leggs.
All of the times we do the codings and receive not any of the happy feelings. All of the time I and said team have not even one lunch breaks with conversations of positive. It is to come of this way after the good years. One of the days mister leggs will work at different company such as the dairy queens or doing the copy maker at office maximum. Mister stinks also can work as the meatball sub mascot to stand on the side of road pointing on his bald head. Unless or until such things, then we will be happy.
Don’t think Stankey’s protege is any better. They will do whatever it takes to raise the stock price of. They get thousands of shares and per month while level 1 and 2 are lucky to get a 2% raise.
Yes. Over 30 years and have never seen so much hatred for the CEO and top mgmt. but then again, have never seen such blatant disregard for the employee base from any T upper management before as ther is under and by Mr. Stank

I have never seen it this bad in my 25 years. Everyone I know, EVERYONE, is miserable and frustrated.
Executives used to work for the long term health and bottom line benefit to the company. Now they work for next quarter’s numbers and their personal bonuses and golden parachutes. BOD’s used to hold executives accountable, again with the long term health and bottom line benefit to the company as first priorities. Now, they are all buddies that serve on each other’s boards so no one is held accountable as long as the checks keep clearing. Emloyees used to be considered as Our Most Valuable Asset. Now employees are considered as Expenses, Mouths to Feed, and Surplus Numbers. Systems used to be tested, streamlined, and implemented with the idea that they all work together. Now systems are bought off the shelf and rushed into production with minimal to no testing. The entire corporate structure has been poisoned by easy money and lack of oversight for decades, and now the “out for me, got mine” mentality is pervasive through the entire structure.
Stankey and Stephenson are the worst CEOs of the 21st century. Our BOD is doing nothing. This is pure greed.

19 years here. Never seen this level of hatred and blatant bold faced lying and disrespect towards the employee base. Employees are clearly awake and no longer deceived by the C-Suite hunger games folly. Surprised that we don’t see headlines of someone getting a pie in the face or sp-t on at a restaurant. It’s not just an AT&T thing though. The world’s working class, society as a whole, is fed up with being fed scraps and working their life away. Meanwhile fat cat millionaires with tiny ba--s feast at the high table. It won’t end well for them in the end. We should all be working at most four days per week, fully remote. There should also be a universal law passed by the nations of the world dictating that companies set aside 10% of net profits and distributed to employees at the end of each year. Without these changes they will never again see a single employee give it their all. Far from it, you will continue to see the rising up of the employee with increased disdain and resentment with an ever increasing goal to sabotage the greedy corporate swine.
The shift back to full time hours after years of skating for many was never going to be popular.
