Word on the street is leadership in total panic today as the tracking report is broken with no fix because the lead developer has left the company.

Lol, the same thing happened last year when they migrated to workday. If you weren't aware it took them about 2.5-3 months into 2024 to get it back online and working.
They were so mad about this they took away the bonus from anyone who wasn't in the office for at least 1 day of those first 3 months.
It’s funny that you think “leadership” has even been in the office. Everyone took an extended break returning 1/6.
PowerBI is just lipstick on the pig. Unless you took down the data source your post is pointless.
When you are a delegate for a people manager you can see yourself......
If Jay is the one in question here, and he’s the one who left and set it to break after the end of the year - then in the end Jay did the right thing.
Good on him.
Sure, they will fix it, but it’s malicious compliance and makes a point if so many people left due to the practices of the company.
We need more people to do things like this.
This is more fake than reports of lack of space in non-Atlanta offices.
Bogus. It is a pBI dashboard. Company has numerous pBi development teams all over (Bosnia, etc) to address. It was halted during the holiday period and will resume.
It is a simple view however large data repository. As you recall it pulled from GRE badge swipe data later refined to align with timeoff (PTO) data by week as well as webphone location of record (assigned vs non-assigned).
We heard new enhancements are coming for further alignment of data points.
Hilarious if true. Not that it wasn’t already broken as it under reports hours for quite a few people.
Report will be tuned down to 3hrs per day as per developer :D
"I am able to see my own this morning."
How are you able to see your own report. You should only be able to see your subordinates report.
Completely would not be a surprise if true! LOL
Maybe they decided NOT to relocate to another state due to RTO.
you're not the lead developer, I am, and it is indeed broken
You have access to a report no one else has??
It is the lead developer that posted this, the reports work just fine. I am able to see my own this morning.
Hilarious if true. Would be giving them exactly what they asked for: an uncomfortable work environment that results in people leaving and a bare bones workforce with no domestic resources as backups in place.
Jay & co got hit with 8x5 RTO and decided to leave LOL
Sounds made up but I really hope it's true.
