Disgusting it’s salary based and you are in California, my friend works at a non profit and her Kaiser is $350 less a month!

Health insurance is a scam. Go find yourself an actual doctor not tied to the pharma system and pay or of pocket. You'll get better care.
OP have you compared your friend's plan with the WF plan? even though it's Kaiser, plans do differ.
If it is comparable coverage for less, hop right into the non profit sector. I'm sure you'll enjoy being paid a lot less to work for a cause you believe in. I suspect that salary difference will be a lot more than $350/month for lower health premiums.

Other banks employees pay $400 at least. 350 is better .
If mine was $350 less, I'd be making money. I think I pay about $250/month for me and kids
Our coverage is outstanding. Clearly you haven’t seen what other companies do. And you are in CA and get all kinds of extras the rest of us don’t get. Some people will find anything to complain about.
