We keep our customers happy….. what they don’t know won’t hurt them and if we make ourselves and the company money then what’s the problem?

Zero usage…. More like I zero sh*t about a stupid report. I can’t help my customers don’t use their lines.

What are we doing wrong when all of upper management knows and pushes us to do what we do…..

Green space is where it’s at folks! White space takes way too long. Farming grows the crops.

That’s the problem with Plat and BAT sellers. Green Space = Customers who were going to buy anyway. You’re an order taker akin to McDonald’s and should be paid accordingly. White space = Acquisition Sales that takes skill and will actually grow the company subscriber base and revenue. Too bad those at JVB level don’t get this. Keep up the false churn and zero use OP!
