Would be great if dental is truly that cheap. I'm in the middle of some work.
I'll go with the fed gov for medical insurance when the time comes for that.
I don't think Wells subsidizes any of the costs for dental and VSP like health insurance. That's why Cobra is a shock for health insurance.
Of course, the premium amount differs based on your state and your plan. Delta Dental Enhanced in my state is $47.34 for individual per month for 2025. The dental premium is not an issue, the medical is the problem. For example, UHC Copay Plan with HRA in my state is $790.64 for individual per month for 2025. If you don't have paychecks coming, the medical insurance premium will destroy your monthly budget.
Just look at your benefits selections on HR Benefits site. Add in yours and theirs.
