Create toxic workplace to increase attrition and output will not work. Production issues are increasing. Unhappy customers are increasing. Legal troubles are increasing. Sh*t will eventually hit the fan!

We make money in spite of the HY clowns, not because of them. They are completely worthless and do nothing but get in the way of progress.

Saw more emergency freezes last year than I saw in the previous decade. Just because it's still standing and profitable doesn't mean it isn't in the process of burning to the ground.
Just take the incoming US administration, for example.
by the time it hits the fan, CS and gang will have departed with MILLIONS and go wreck another company, leaving who's left to pick up the pieces.
