The buffoons in Lastnet who freeload off real technical talent should prepare for a pointed boot up the tailpipe. They are lucky that they have enough crusty curmudgeons who are volunteering for layoffs in the coming months but then the hammer drops and they’ll be stripped of virtual status and forced to move or become surplus. They have no talent and managers keep them fit span of control and not results. No one respects this team. When was the last time you heard of anyone trying to get hired there? Ever heard of someone getting recruited from there? Promoted? Nominated for an award? Of course not. The only people left are geriatric bouncers, bank tellers, people in there 60s, DEI hires and those with desperate side hustles. They have triple the amount if mangers so hope the hammer flattens the redundant directors and asst verps. Word.

Freaknic or Freakniks on the Atlanta highways were shut down a long time ago. Your friend is referring to a past spring break activity that occurred on the weekend in April. Nobody does that anymore. You are referring to what they call “FreakNic” It was originally intended to be a sort of rave party (freak) and an urban picnic on the pavement of the urban jungle. The two concepts and words equal Freaknic” and had gotten out of hand. It went from being the stupidest idea in the world to a laughing stock cultural stupidest idea in the world. There are attempts to shut it down when it occurs in the Spring.

The last time I read about a program described this bad it was the Ticket 2 Ride Program under Sleepy Ward. Is LastNet also managed by Sleepy Ward or is there another Sleepy VP under Jeremy Legg? They sure can pi$$ money away under the new CTO can’t they.
