In next town hall the stinky stanky yinky yanky should answer questions about his performance results for end of year. If they are not acceptable, there should be equivalent of tar and feathering. Modern day can be molasses and cocoa pebbles cereal.
He would be required to walk around like that without showering for a full week.
I can accept such a challenge also because I know that my performance was much better than his.
