Make sure you wake up early to drive an hour to the office. Nobody in your office to collaborate with? Thats ok, you can just collaborate over teams.
You must be sitting in an office on teams calls to actually work. If you are not spending 2-3 hours a day behind the windshield and paying for gas then you are not actually working.
If you are NVW now then you must move to Dallas by 2H 2025 for said windshield time and online MS Teams collaboration like everyone else.
If you have the same job title and function as others who are FTO, then you must RTO to actually work in 2025. NVW is no excuse to not RTO in 2025.

Boss told me an involuntary layoff is coming, and he has to cut. This was worth waiting a couple of years for. Yep, I volunteered and have a lighter soring in my step now.
Conference rooms? LMAO. There aren’t enough! Plus they are constantly booked back to back. You can’t just mosey on in and plop for the day.
Can T EVER operationalize and implement ANYTHING successfully? It’s an absolute embarrassing joke.

There are not enough conference rooms. At Lenox they have taken some conference rooms, combined them, and re-designated them as drop-in spaces. You have to reserve conference rooms well in advance of your meeting, so forget about trying to book a room if something pops up.

So let me make sure I understand…we may not actually have a chair and desk space for everyone reporting in —-BUT we DO have enough conference rooms for everyone to have one to themselves for any call they need to join?

Not only did we lose 30% of the org that we can’t staff our 24x7 operation without huge sacrifices from those who are left.
I’m working two shifts in 24 hrs, forced to nights, forced to report to an office starting at 10 pm and sit there alone waving my arms in the air just to keep the motion sensor lights on.

We received an email preparing us for Monday. It says to sit with our teammates but use conference room if on a call to respect the open workspace. I’m literally on calls with people in Europe and India all day every day - I guess I’m just supposed to sit in a conference room all day after I drive to work 2 hours?
Forced to the Night shift all month because everyone quit.
