Prospects of Chicago and Suburbs in 2025

Any updates on What’s going on with Chicago and offices in suburbs? Are some of them still operational? Can folks continue working here in 2026?

The quality of employees that derive from NY and NJ are unmatched by those from anywhere else in the country.

That’s a fact, jack!

Smarter, faster, with a superior work ethic and positive attitude

Chicagoans are not like us, they not like us, they not like us. Stay out of ATL. Chicagoans will back stab you and take your job to keep theirs.

Chicagoans are like other east coasters NYC, NJ as they hustle and get the job done. Down south is a whole different mentality and much slower pace.

Market support, acct execs/market sales, and call centers are the only non-hub locations. If you are national, you need to be in a hub.

Who wants to do business in sanctuary cities and states with high crime rates, high tax rates and growing homeless populations. Businesses are fleeing those failed policies and cities to guess where? Red States… things that make you go 🤔

It wasn’t an accident Chicago was left out of the “HUB” locations, but it hasn’t stopped the employees there from trying to make it happen for the last 2 years.

It’s NOT happening.
Find a new company or move.

Chicago is gone. Anyone staying with the company has been told to move by 2H 25, if you haven’t been told to move, update your resume.

The people on our team who are in Chi have been directed to move to a hub by June. IDK what is going on with the offices as a whole, though.
