Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

JVB worst leader to date. Thoughts?

I’ve been here a long time and JVB, Brian G and team might be the worst leadership team I’ve ever seen. They’ve dismantled everything we do in the last few years just to realize universal sellers are the way to go. Exactly what we were when they came along. We had 5 comp changes within 3 months last year. Took away 10k in our salary and have made quotas and comp unattainable.

Everyone under them are obviously miserable but “yes men”.

Why doesn’t anyone from c suite see this? Never seen morale so low. Toxic culture and everyone good are leaving.

Let’s talk about Angela!!! She fails fails and they giver a new channel to run… she is the epitome of a fraud. She says the same thing kick them in the teeth everytime with no results. She only looks after her minions… Charlie thought she was id--t when she would talk he would roll his eyes.

She was horrible when she was running the East Region in Bedminster. You weren't allowed to talk to her unless she said something to you first. Walking the halls was so uncomfortable. Steve Hodges was the best and would engage and have conversations when he was in that role before her. She ki-led the morale of the office and the teams that worked there.

JVB and AR are buffoons. They have no clue on how to run a business…unless their goal is to run it into the ground. Pathetic what they have done to Mid Markets. Change is constant, but sadly it is going from bad to worse.

Their latest is this nonsense org they are standing up under AR. Simply a proof of concept that they can pay virtually no salary and that folks are willing to be door to door Solar Salesman with a globe on. They want everyone in place to leave hence the shenanigans they are pulling. The future of this org is to be these $40k salary door to door people and alliance channel. That org is going to fail miserably it’s comical.

You're starting to understand the game -- our leadership does change for the sake of change until they can change jobs.

And they'll roll back to the previous state and claim it a win. Just wait, they'll roll back RTO and claim that it will reduce carbon emissions. Mark it down.
