no changes to severance in 2025

They recently posted the 2025 benefit book material changes and nothing has changed in terms of the severence benefit. The only changes they made were some language changes in the plan description.

I checked too and saw nothing changed except for some language modifications as mentioned. I know this is rumored every year but I put nothing past this leadership to do something to make it more painful to be here. They are a ruthless bunch in that regard.

They won’t change from what it currently is. How it’s today is industry standard.

it's appendix F of the benefits book. Do a search on teamwork for benefits book. pretty easy to find. God help us all if you and your colleagues aren't able to find it.

Every years there's rumors it will change, both in office rumors and on this board. And every year it doesn't change. It did change around 10 years or so ago and it will probably change at some point but take what you read here about it with a grain of salt when the rumors starts back up around October.

Thank goodness! I was concerned after a post here said severance would be cut.

Where can we actually find the severance plan details? Nobody I've talked to can seem to find them. They used to be in the displacement policy if the employee handbook.
