Digital Transformation? Lol, 30 year late!

What in god’s name is this now? Did upper management finally hear about a new thing called digital? What geniuses!

Transformation was the latest meaningless corporate buzzword about 5 years ago. So, it makes sense they are pushing it now. "Digital" sounds like something Tim Apple could help us with!

stank is going to run d-mb pipe now before he hated d-mb pipe and wanted to be a movie company - go figure - how he has a job is beyond me. how you can just play around with a company and destroy so many people's lives and customer lives is beyond me.

att is a horrible company at really brings out the worse in people. customers and employees

I read that email and just asked "What?" It is obviously written by a political writer that writes a lot of words but says absolutely nothing. Beyond that, as the OP says, this, along with Customer First, has been "top priority" for decades. But we are no closer. This isn't going to change anything. We've had Customer First for more than a couple of years now, and it still hasn't changed anything for our customers. What a bunch of fools running this company.

Looks like Jeni Bell got pushed out as a result of this. Too bad because she always seemed like one of the decent ones
