First off if you are management I am sorry to say this company is going to do you how they want, when they want, in what ever office they want and whatever day they want!
T doesn't have money for payout for people to leave if they can just get you to quit or retire that's what they will do!
Now our union has let a lot of our jobs sourced to contractors and from core contracts to appendix J which are premise technicians, no disrespect to them they are union brothers but since payscale is lower its obvious who T wants to keep!!
But they just can't do with techs as they see fit they will have to pay and on that note any news for I and R or for Specials techs or Deg or even C and E?
Have several guys waiting around for some payout to leave already!

They have money for stock buybacks but not severance. Pure evil runs this company and its puppet masters at Blackrock.
