Two days coming in Monday and Tuesday and I have to say it is nice being back full time.

You must have a horrible home life. Probably a fat pig girlfriend who yells at you all day for being worthless. And you have no friends. Even your dog thinks you’re lame.
I guess you have not been forced to come to the office that is thousands miles away from your home. Otherwise you would be singing differently.
RTO should have been implemented a year ago.
Productivity is donezo. Sure is nice to just swipe in and socialize. No real work is getting done. Ripple effect will show in a couple months.
