Yes. I left for another prime. Make 30percent more and life is much better.

Not really. I wait for the site leader to show up, then I offer a big smile and whisper; "We're so glad you're here."

Then, I go on to back biting, lying, changing metrics, and wait a couple of years for the next fool to arrive. I actually get hammered with the lifers and laugh at these HON so called leaders. I am a 1 blocker year 1 of the new boss, 2 blocker maybe the second year, really never had a year 3 boss. They all go away.

Just booked a cruise with my mate! All is good. Yes, all is well in snake land.

No, not a problem. Been with company 35+ years. Always told myself if company ever tried to come before my wife or kids I would walk.(and meant it). Priorities are always your choice. Fortunately I didn't have to walk. I don't let my employer dictate where I live either, that is my choice.

My work has never interfered with my family duties. I arrive to my office at around 7AM every day and I leave around 5PM on every single day.

I enjoy all my evening time with kids. Emails and stuff can always wait till the next morning. I am very productive during the day when I am in the office, and no one can ever complain. You have to teach yourself on how you can balance work and life, and do both at the right time.

I have been doing this for 20 years now and I have good relationship with all my colleagues and managers. You do not need to be working until mid-night every single day (if you do, you are probably too slow to finish your work on time and need to work on your skills).

It’s all about being efficient and be able to finish what you need to finish between 7am to 5pm on daily basis and call it a day

My wife divorced me. Then I found a new job. Best decision ever on both counts for me.

My wife instructed me to resign from this toxic company and culture. So I did. Best decision ever.
