Time to grow up
I hate RTO as much as the next employee and think the Stankey's nose is now long enough from lying to stretch from Dallas to Atlanta. But please, please, don't do that chant. It truly makes you sound like a 3rd grader. But then, you seem to have a 3rd grader understanding of "rights" when it comes to employment, so maybe it fits.

I don't think many people know what "rights" are.

And I have the right to sue you if I have to sit on the floor. And I have a right to sue your officers personally. And I have a right to collect millions in damages. Do you understand my rights?
Stop stirring the pot so your colleagues will quit. At will employee.
You have the right to show up for work each day. You have the right to do the job you have agreed to do. You have the right to collect payment due if you fulfill these rights. You have rights to report grievances that are CobC violations, you have a right to use off time allotted that you have earned. Employer: I have a right to terminate you at will. I have a right to dictate policies and enforce them and non compliance can result in disciplinary action or termination. I don’t need your permission and it isn’t a democracy there will be no votes. Do you understand your rights? You have the right to leave and i have the right to make sure you do whenever i want to.

You will get no benefit from your peers resigning, just double the workload and no increase in pay. That really isn’t the position you want to take.
