Sorry this kinda thing ain't gonna fly. I'll come in earlier just to spite your weak attempt at looking out for your coworker. Seating is first come, first served.

@fk+1jh22m6y7 awww little miss gatekeeper wanting to protect the culture of the big T. I do what I want and look after my team. That's called having your peeps' back. And I will absolutely not give two sh--s about anyone else. If we all did the same, we would be just fine. Instead we have people like you who think they're the self told custodians of this RTO nonsense trying to pontificate on forums. Fu-k right off, bitchass.
@ej+1jh22m6y7 Here comes the su-kup to the C suite. Bet you are an "admin" or "Chief of Staff" who relies on su-king di-ks to push forward.
F right off this forum - unless you want people finding out who you are and showing you your place.
“Sc--w the other teams, it's me and my people looking out for ourselves. F--k the rest of you.”
You need to be fired with that attitude.
This thread disappoints. Not for its comments, assumptions, hatred, or the OP's polarizing start (though they are quite disappointing).
We dealt with high school behavior since flex seating began (for some of us) in 2018. Frustrating, immature, and rarely addressed by management, we tolerated and survived it without incident.
The disappointment is that this post supports what I unexpectedly fear is coming to AT&T: violence in the workplace. Apathy, indifference, frustration, and despair, expressed in indignant (or fear-based) parking of both cars and butts, may result in harm to those enduring the chaos that is being ignored from above. This isn't about keeping a job: it's about dignity, self-respect, and personal choices while a company failed to plan to avoid such a situation.
The company will be harmed if violence erupts. The individuals involved will be more impacted. Don't be part of it, and be continually aware of this potential, even if leadership won't. Your safety and sanity matters - power and games are irrelevant.
Thank you desk savers and high T level folks for entertaining me today. Mindless comedy.
@ck+1jh22m6y7 you bet! It's going down today at Alpharetta. Shizzz about to pop
“ Need to setup a MMA ring for future disputes.”
I’ve been saying that for years! They could even sell tickets.
Ha! Great idea. I'm going to get in at 3:30 am and save every seat in the building. I'll set myself at the door and scalp you any seat you'd like...for the right price, of course.
So no guardrails at all? OK to save 5, 30, 100 seats? Can I save an entire floor if I see fit?
if you show up early, you should get a spot you want.
If you show up early, you should get the spots you want. And if you are a team that coordinates in person, you absolutely should grab seats for your coworkers. Sc--w the other teams, it's me and my people looking out for ourselves. F--k the rest of you
@cd+1jh22m6y7 Like I said, 440p today at the lobby. I'll be waiting. Let's see who shows up and who doesn't. All I see is yapping on your side.
“I am more than willing to meet you by the lobby at 440PM”
So scary! You’re a pathetic little man. Trust me you ain’t doing nothing but putting your tail between your legs and walking away.
@b8+1jh22m6y7 Listen, d---b, unlike estrogen fueled WFH mo--ns, we have ALWAYS been in the offices even through the Covid years with 3 day RTO. So if you think your magical rear that has finally been asked to appear in person after goofing off for half a decade in the name of working in your pajamas is going to sit and punch people around, I am more than willing to meet you by the lobby at 440PM today. You'll find me in a black jacket. Let's see how your manliness and testosterone shows up shall we? And yes, I WILL save spots for my team and you can report me after we have had a chance to figure out your T levels today, F-ckface.
I would come in earlier just so they could not do that
@b4+1jh22m6y7 So, question. Are all these "DEI hires" some of you rail against, particularly in Alpharetta, management or craft? BC in know in my office, there is far less diversity amongst craft than management, though there's far less gender diversity amongst management.
The best thing ATT did for me was lay me off. WOW, what a shlt show this place has become. Most of my friends got toasted as well. Good luck to whoever is left.
“Skankey loves Hunger Games.”
Oh he-l nah. Dis here be dah Jeremey Leggo train wreck. Most of dis heer problem be in the Alpharetta hood. He gots all dem der DEI folk fight en and snapp en. Dis f-k dont dont no nutthin bout howta fix whut he dun broke. He dun f-k it all up.
Meet me in the locker room at 2PM. I want to see your d-mb face.
“Stop reserving spots for others. The rule is ‘first come, first served’. Don’t make people to snap.”
Yeah dont u be making peoples to snap. LMAO. Whut u talking about willis?
Fish don't fry in the kitchen;
Beans don't burn on the grill.
Took a whole lotta tryin'
Just to get up that hill… but we’re moving on up!
Skankey loves Hunger Games.
"I don't think At&t pays out if we get terminated for fighting over dirty desk. Wooosah…."
ATT will be paying in the lawsuit that follows. They are on record for telling everyone that they have to come into the office everyday or you will be fired, even if there is not a place for them to sit. I think the jury is not going think kindly of ATT for creating that type of hostile environment for its employees. I won't be throwing punches at the office. I will let my lawyer do the fighting for me.
Saving seats is a COBC violation. If you confront someone because they are trying to sit in an available seat that you are saving then you have now committed another COBC violation. I say go for it. It is the culture Stankey created. To he-l with everyone else, including the customer. I have to get mine first.
I don't think At&t pays out if we get terminated for fighting over dirty desk. Wooosah….
Report to CRE.
Alphonso Crakenbumble here. Crakenbumble’s the name and cracking bungholes’ the game. If I may be of service, I run a small firm that helps companies navigate through their bumbling, fumbling mistakes. As I see it, this company is in need of segregation, fumigation and sequestration. Too many rats in the kitchen but not enough ratatouille. Now look here ole chap. Now stop the nonsense and cancel RTO before ai come for a visit.
Stop reserving spots for others. The rule is ‘first come, first served’. Don’t make people to snap.
“I normally come in and get a couple of spots for my people. Whoever has to get those seats outside of my team will have to go through me.”
Please tell me you’re in Alpharetta. Pretty please so that you can make my day. You’ve never met me or the likes of me. I’ve been insulated from bull$hit for so long because of WFH that I haven’t been able to flex my testosterone. Now because of RTO I have been summonsed to the office and looking forward to meeting people like you. You see we are all 5 day RTO now not just your worthless group that apparently comes in late. When I see your saving $hit going on I’m just going to sit at the desk, press record, and without saying a word, put my hand up to block the view of your fat jabbering mouth. You can go into all kinds of preachy words but I won’t be listening. You’ll be fired for harassing and trying to intimidate a co-worker. I’ll take my bulging muscles with visible tattoos, ripped jeans and a 48 hour shadow and put in writing to HR that I felt threatened because of gender bias. They move fairly quick to cover their as--s on that. Now. Still going to save your seats pe---r breath?
The “saving seats” thing “for my people” as another poster said, ain’t gone work out well for DEI folk. You, Me, and Eveyboddy else know that the DEI crowd ain’t zakly early birds n’ on-time kinda employees yah hear me? Course’ we are talking Alpharetta so day be a wholelotta dis “my people” biness going on.
Time for another race card to be thrown down ney little Jerry? Whutcha gunna do nah? Give DEI hires their own late start times? Exclude the DEI hires from your reports to avoid bias? Yes Leg, I gotcho numba bi--h. Mo fo mah reports to dah NETFLIX.
Musical chair game of who gets the floor in the hallway. Need to setup a MMA ring for future disputes.
I normally come in and get a couple of spots for my people. Whoever has to get those seats outside of my team will have to go through me. In the name of productivity and engagement, I will stonewall anyone who will attempt to get those seats given we are at 5 day full RTO. So yeah, OP can come in whenever they want but if I find anyone like them around me I am about to bring the fire.
Fighting over a place to sit!
Great culture you’ve flcreated for us John!
I'll save however many seats I want, you buffoon. Come fight me for it on floor 20. Else I'll come to you and do it on your floor just to spite you into quitting.
GTFO AT&T, lameass. Lol
