Only folks staying are those with a pension, because they have those golden handcuffs. Pretty sure that’s the demographic they want to retire already or leave. But they will take anything and say thank you sir may I have some more. Everyone else is already at the exit. You know that young talent you are si desperately seeking.
Oh and we are not paid well, go on LinkedIn and check the salaries. If you’ve been here more than 5 years you are already behind on pay.

The only thing AT&T guarantees is to raise prices on legacy products, defraud customers as much as possible and when they notice, fight tooth and nail to issue as few credits as possible.
